Directions

Combine the oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.  Place zucchini, tomato, onion, mushroom, and bell peppers into a large ziplock bag.  Pour marinade over vegetables and shake gently to coat all fo the vegetables.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hour or overnight.

Thread onto skewers, alternating between vegetables and sausage.

Grill over an open flame until vegetables are tender and sausage is hot in the middle, rotating occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a double boiler.  Add heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and blue cheese.  Stir until well combined.  Season to taste with salt and white pepper.

Stir cornstarch into cold water, then add to bleu cheese sauce, whisking constantly until the sauce has thickened.  *If it gets too thick, add cream to thin it back out.  If it is too      thin add more cornstarch.

Serve Skewers over rice or pasta, drizzled with sauce or with a side of the sauce for dipping.
